I was recording at a shopping mall near my place. It was little hard for me to keep going to sing since many cars were passing behind me,but I still enjoyed playing this song. I like the melody of the song, especially the chorus parts.

I think my version of this song sounds little funny because of the way of my singing. My friend made for me the costume for this song and I really like it! Actually, she got an idea of this costume from the suit Cee Lo 's wearing on his PV. So, I got a lot of compliments singing this song , "It's OK!", and hope that you like it, too! Canaan Canaan

I have never tried to sing any Shakira songs before. I think this song is good for dance. ( You can see Shakira does a belly dance on her videos) Unfortunately, I am not good at dancing, but I would love to sing the kind of music, too. This time, I used many barre chords so that it was little hard for me to change the chords quickly. This is a good uplifting song. While I was singing this song, I felt the positive energy inside of me. I really like this song because the song has a powerful message encouraging people to live strong. I hope that you feel a good vibration from my singing, too.

The song " Sunrise " is a cozy listen for me and I really like her singing voice. At first, I thought that it was hard for me to sing because of her vocal range, but I used a capo and figured out what key I should sing the song in. I hope that you would enjoy to listen my version, too.

It was a chilly afternoon with raining. Usually, I have done recording a video for my singing about 10minutes, but, this took longer than I expected.While I was singing, my fingers are numbed with cold that I couldn't play a keyboard very well.So, I did it over and over again. This would be the second time I did a cover of Madonna 's " Miles away ". I heard this song was written as the theme song of the one of Japanese drama " CHANGE " so that the song, " Miles Away " is well known in Japan. I think this is a beautiful song and I love the tune of this song.

This song is kind a sad, but I still love it. When I was a child, my family called me "Moon child "because I was born during the special day of the full moon night in Japan. Actually, I always feel a strong power from the moon lights , and feels like the moon is a good friend of mine. So, it sounds make sense to me that sometimes people would talk to the Moon and then they feel better . Anyway, I hope that you would enjoy to listen my version of " Talking to the Moon"

Since I have been playing music as a Japanese singer/ song writer in Central Oregon, some people have suggested me setting up a charity concert locally for victims of the earthquake and tsunami inJapan. Planning for a non-profit event such as this was not easy. It required a lot of time, energy and the help of many other people.
So I decided not setting up the charity concert locally, but I still want to do something to help forthe relief and recovery of Japanese people. That explains why I made this blog, ' Songs for Japan by CC Projects' At first, I just wanted to cover the songs from the CD, ' Songs for Japan' , but I might add a song from pop music charts, also.
